After 22 years of helping thyroid patients and educating the public and the media about thyroid problems, the Thyroid Foundation of America will be closing our operations on March 31, 2008. In anticipation of our closing down, effective immediately we are no longer able to provide telephone assistance on our toll free telephone line or respond to e-mails. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you are seeking assistance, we suggest that you contact any of the following organizations by visiting their websites. If you do not have internet access, ask a friend to help you or visit your nearest library. The following websites can help you can locate a thyroid specialist, find the answer to many thyroid questions, locate a support group, get regular e-mail reports for free, and much more.
